Why we are a co-op

Dyski Organise is a worker’s cooperative (co-op), meaning that all employees own and manage the organisation equally. We don’t have outside shareholders or a boss, so we can make decisions that are best for us and the groups we support.

Our structure is non-hierarchical, meaning we all have equal say and take responsibility for our own work. We also support each other and problem-solve together.
